Sunrise on Bethany Apartments

We have been in these apartments for 5years now. When we have any issues we text Maria and issue is resolved without a problem. There are no loud parties or fights. People all are quiet and respectful for the most part. We have family that also lives here next to us with no issues also. I highly recommend these apartments.

I’ve been at sunrise on Bethany for 2 years! Very nice complex but the management is wonderful! No complaints. I always recommend friends and family to rent here cause it’s close to westgate but also where can you get apartment that’s updated style with stainless appliances with a nice small front yard and and full size washer and dryer. At night it’s very nice and quiet. No issues. Definitely recommend sunrise!

We’ve been living here for 2 and a half years now and we love it! We had such a hard time finding a place that accepted our Husky before The Enclave on Bethany! Maria said yes right away. Our unit is completely remodeled and our girls get to have their own yard, huge plus! Maria is super cool and gets our maintenance requests and any other requests taken care right away. The maintenance guy is really nice and gets things done quick. We never have to call him back for the same issue. I’d recommend living here to anyone, including those with fur babies. 🐶
